My tablet says "Trevor Life's Music". I chose those symbols because I love music and I believe that music is a way of expressing how you feel you want your life. My life involves music all the time and with my tablet I'm expressing that life should have more music!
The main problems I had was my lion's head was so small and it's body was so big. The more I carved in one spot trying to fix something it made it just look less like I had planned. I did have some problems painting I had to add alot of coats to finally get it to work.
I am happy with it but I would do it again and probably make it look completely different. There were a lot of holes in my tablet so to smooth it out I had to keep drowning the holes with paint. When it was finally al smoothed out and it was nice and neat and when I thought it was complete... it looked pretty good I'd say.
The location of my painting is the woods right behind my house. I chose this location because I like to go there a lot especially when it rains. This location is a big field with a hunting shack and some farming tools. You can tell tat many animals have been through there because of all the tracks and there is a hunting shack. There are two giant trees one to the left and one to the right.
I had some problems while making this I couldn’t find the right size for the dots. The color of paint would probably be another problem I used a lot of paint mixtures. The patterns were another problem I had the top left done before I did the pattern for the top right side. So now it looks sloppy because of that. The paint didn’t really go on as smoothly as I had hoped.
I think it is an okay painting. If I could of I would of gone back and not mess with the pattern like I did the first time. That was a big mistake. From a distance it just looks like random dots. I wish I could of made it look better.
